Hollie Day writes children’s books and is obsessed with children’s rhymes. As a former house cleaner, she read many of the children’s books she found at her clients’ homes and fell in love with them!

Meet Tommy who loves to help his Mommy in the storybook Mommy's Precious Helper by Hollie Day, and he will show young readers how to do it. Tommy is always by his Mommy's side and she loves the help he provides. She says that he is precious. As a helper, sometimes Tommy's job can be big and he needs help. Tommy always tries his best to keep his Mommy happy, and at times he helps her in the kitchen when she is preparing a meal. He helps her to dry the dishes after she finishes washing them. Every morning after waking up, he makes his bed, and he helps his Mommy sort out the laundry even without her asking for it. Tommy enjoys being his Mommy's helper and he wants to help her even after growing big.
The rhyming verses are adorable and they give a peek into the daily lives of Tommy and his Mommy. The book encourages children to help their parents with chores and to do it happily. It is a story about being helpful to others, kindness, love, and compassion. Eminence System brings the concept to life and gives clarity with some delightful and charming illustrations that give a good pace and movement to the verses. It is an adorable book for bedtime storytelling, and tutors can use it in classrooms and school libraries during poetry reading sessions. Tommy's character has been strongly sketched, and he will motivate young readers to start doing chores at home and lend a helping hand to their parents every day.
