On the Edge by Adria Sanders is a heartfelt memoir that follows the author's journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. Sanders shares how she went from being a child who couldn't open up to anyone about her dreams to someone who embraces the mysteries of the unseen world by sharing her experiences in this book. She discusses her struggles with memories, telepathic communication, and the encounters she had with entities which she called "Lord of Records and Whispers." Sanders shares how she tried to balance her duties as a mother and businesswoman while facing all these challenges. These overwhelming encounters made her question the purpose and meaning of her existence. This book shows Sanders' curiosity to find out about spirituality. Her journey was one marked by fear and the challenge of accepting the truth that defines her reality.

Adria Sanders' writing style is honest, engaging, well-detailed, captivating, and easy to understand. As someone who didn't believe in spirituality, this book has changed my perspective on how I see life. The author's ability to go through all these challenges and still be a devoted mother and businesswoman was so inspiring and motivating. The pacing made my reading experience even better; it was just perfect for me. I love how honest Sanders was; she didn't mind sharing her bittersweet childhood, adolescence, and adulthood experiences. It made me connect more to her journey and gave depth to this book. It was like I watched her grow; everything she went through just to find purpose without giving up made her journey so emotional. This book explores themes of resilience, self-discovery, and purpose. The author's ability to explain spirituality using her experiences in such a clear and relatable manner is amazing. I recommend On the Edge by Adria Sanders to everyone willing to find their spiritual gift and clarity, and to those already on a spiritual path.

On the Edge by Adria Sanders is a memoir that explores metaphysical themes through the author’s journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. As a child in Communist Romania, the author experienced visions and unexplained psychic phenomena. Though her childhood was austere, she was well cared for and fed. Her visions and prescient dreams led her to question her sanity and her ability to cope with daily life. Only after deep research did she discover the Akashic Realm, the book of Akashic Records, and a non-terrestrial being named Xenex. This allowed her to explore telepathy, parallel universes, non-terrestrial beings, and the true meaning of energy.

I approached On the Edge: A Soul-Stirring Memoir of Self-Discovery and Spiritual Awakening with some skepticism but kept an open mind about how Adria Sanders’ life unfolded. I am familiar with many “new age” philosophies presented in this book, and, like the author, I believe we are spiritual beings on a human journey. However, her experiences went far beyond what I had seen or studied. I was fascinated by her simple story of the disappearing and reappearing water bottle on the conference table, which led her to reconsider the nature of reality. This book will appeal to those interested in exploring human potential and unraveling the biggest mysteries. It’s not what we know we don’t know that matters, but what we don’t know we don’t know that opens the most intriguing possibilities. You don’t have to accept the author’s words as gospel, but the ideas will make you think. They certainly made me think, and I highly recommend this book.

On the Edge: A Soul-Stirring Memoir of Self-Discovery and Spiritual Awakening by Adria Sanders recounts the author's past-life memories and daily life in earlier incarnations. Sanders recorded these memories in a journal and cross-checked details with historical research. Over time, she undertook guided regressions and meditations, during which she revisited childhood experiences, deaths, and interactions with recurring individuals across lives. Sanders describes maintaining her routines as a mother, spouse, and writer while these recollections emerged, occasionally accompanied by telepathic communication with a non-terrestrial entity. While Sanders documented spontaneous portals to spaces resembling spacecraft, she also observed parallels between past and present behaviors, and miraculously traced the recurrence of a partner across multiple lifetimes. She describes this as the titular life lived “on the edge,” alternating between logic-driven decisions and intuitive awareness.

On the Edge by Adria Sanders was first of interest to me because my sister has had past life regression hypnosis, and her experiences have made me want to explore the experiences of others. Some might call this lucky, but I have a feeling there is more to it than that. Sanders’ willingness to share her direct experiences, especially with the Lord of Records, takes a degree of courage and faith that most do not possess, and I love that she confidently presents ideas that challenge conventional thinking. Her effectiveness is due to the conversational element of her writing style, making what she says feel approachable. The most interesting aspects to me are her descriptions of energy orbs, parallel universes, and multidimensional awareness, all of which invite readers to consider possibilities beyond the ordinary. Sanders’ voice is engaging and trustworthy, making complex spiritual and metaphysical concepts accessible without simplification. Overall, this is an inspiring work that offers fresh perspectives on reality, consciousness, and the unseen forces shaping everyday life.
