Path to a Healthy Mind & Body by Connie Rogers is a useful and informative guide for all those who want to lead a healthy life. The book speaks about the choices we make daily on what to consume physically and mentally, and how both harmful emotions and lack of proper nutrition can result in fractured cells that are detrimental and restrict a person from staying healthy. No one can change their past, but by letting go of the destructive habits in our life we all can set the tone for a new beginning. The suggestions and techniques to implement for a healthy body and mind are uplifting and will definitely help to heal anyone's body and mind.

I found the book motivational as it encourages readers to get rid of the toxins in their body. The healing and health practices discussed by the author give a holistic approach to living. The book has a new way of looking at health and what it really means. The author's passion for the topic is tangible and reaches across to readers in a good way, helping them to look at their lifestyle and make positive changes. The author handles the topic methodically and extensively, making it clear to readers. There are helpful tips in the book that are useful to readers in evaluating their lifestyle and habits, and it is definitely a book that will take everyone on the path to wellness.
