A first volume for a promising, refreshing, and inspiring series, Purpose - Volume I: Meditation on Love, Relationship, Fear, Death, Intuition, And Power by Noura is a ground-breaking self-help book that is both insightful and intelligently crafted, a book for readers who want to generously embrace life and find the peace and serenity that come with living with a purpose. In this guide, the author helps readers to understand their inner resistance to change and to reality, and what stands in their way of living life fully, touching brilliantly on important topics like forgiveness, the gift of difficult relationships, handling limitations and transforming them into opportunities, understanding the darkness that slowly steals into the human soul and mastering it, and a lot more.

This is a book that offers readers a powerful path to use meditation as a tool to transform their lives. The book is packed with information and startling revelations, insights into the beauty of meditation and what it takes to allow it to transform and enrich our lives. Noura’s writing is limpid and one can feel its graceful power moving through every word and every sentence she writes. The message goes straight to the heart of the reader. The author has the uncanny gift of making readers think about the reality, compelling them to see the inner meaning of things that could otherwise seem absurd. You will change the way you look at yourself, at others, and at life after reading Purpose - Volume I: Meditation on Love, Relationship, Fear, Death, Intuition, and Power. It’s a gift for people seeking a meaningful way of leading their lives.

The true nature of humans is one of love. If we do not experience joy or peace, then something is inhibiting this. Purpose - Volume I: Meditation on Love, Relationship, Fear, Death, Intuition, And Power by Noura attempts to display and explain how meditation can be used to better oneself, and how to gain strength, wisdom and knowledge of not only yourself but humanity as a whole. It covers many aspects of life, from relationships to death, including an array of emotions, targets, and how both internal and external factors can affect us.

Well presented and well written, in this book the author points out that a reader will put their own meaning to the words. I thought this was a brilliant insight, since everyone who reads it will have their own interpretation on what is written, and they will take away from it something that someone else may not. As a qualified holistic therapist, amongst other things I have studied meditation, mindfulness, and all manner of applications, but I am always open to learning and seeing other interpretations which may influence my own practices. I am so pleased I picked up this book.

Many books on similar topics often come across as either wooden and overly complex, or too familiar, Noura presents Purpose - Volume I in a user-friendly and unassuming style, making it accessible to novices to the topic, or those who have studied and already possess some insight. Whilst I don't agree with some of the premises, such as love being our true nature, this does not change the wealth of knowledge within, and there are plenty of applications and insights that are fluid and adaptable to fit most belief foundations. It's a well-structured book and makes for an interesting and thought-provoking read.

Purpose - Volume 1 by Noura is a well written self-help book that embraces Meditation on Love, Relationship, Fear, Death, Intuition, And Power. The author begins by relating how her love of reading began, and how her mother always had plenty of books around for her. Noura discovered and developed her ability to write her ideas, thoughts, and feelings down on paper. Many times, she would wake up with an idea, and write it down in the note pad that was kept next to her bed. She touches on the horrific Las Vegas shooting, and how we can approach such violence, pain, grief, and sorrow. Then she touches on the subject of violence throughout history, from the beginning of time. Before one can solve these dilemmas, we must know what questions to ask ourselves, so that we can come to solutions through meditation.

Noura's style of writing is very insightful, polished, and flawlessly worded to enable the reader to join her on her journey to unravel the roots of the many different problems that happen in our lives. What question should we ask ourselves? This is where meditating on these issues will bring about solutions. She writes with passion as her ideas and solutions come to fruition, as if they are her children. Noura has packed a lot of information into Purpose - Volume 1 and I feel that parents would do well to have this articulate work in their home libraries. This book was easy to read, and very thought provoking on all levels. Well done, Noura!
