Author George Vasilca has crafted a work of non-fiction that goes beyond the simple self-help or guidebook style of writing but offers a fully rounded approach to being both a better boss and a better person in general. In terms of the organization of the work, I really liked how the seven core principles of the text build up in terms of their complexity and depth, giving readers a full foundation in the book’s concepts before moving into specific advice on management of all aspects. As for the writing, Vasilca’s wordplay delivers immense confidence in the material that will be a clear but also comforting influence on readers throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend Seven Principles for Super-effective Leadership for readers who want to be both gracious and effective in their work practices and are looking for inspirational narrative skill in their guide books to work towards a more morally sound future.
