Sandra Edwards is truly a talented author. I'm not big on Vampire novels but boy can she hook me with her writing style and her characters. This is one Vampire novel I am so pleased to have had the chance to read. Her characters are all unique and their personalities blend perfectly with her plot line.
This plot line is VERY interesting. Ava is a time-traveling bounty hunter on the search for fugitives. But the time jumping hunter is from the FUTURE, not the present day. She time travels back to today's world, in search of the criminal. What she didn't plan on finding in her search was Dexter. She has a hunch he's not your ordinary person; that's he's a vampire.
These characters were witty, sexy and altogether great for this interesting paranormal novel. And, the fun part is, that this is a first book in a new series by this 100% talented lady! Ava, Mickey, Dexter and all the other characters played a role that instantly reaches out and grasps the reader, bringing them full fold into the novel.
I definitely think that this book is worthy of 5 stars and so much praise! Filled with romance, suspense, action and twists, this paranormal is enough to stake a claim on ANY readers heart. I have a whole new outlook on vampire novels (I'm completely a fan now!) and wholeheartedly looking forward to the next release in this Time Brokers series. Great job, Sandra!
