Author Biography

When her daughter's kindergarten class was ask if they thought people could talk to animals Amy's daughter replied, "My Mom does all the time". Perhaps it was the many stories she told her children, from the prospective of the farm animals, that made the little girl believe.

The Goose Gang is a short story for children with an excellent lesson about being bullied and picked on. It seems all the animals on the farm are being bullied by the Goose Gang. Gloria, Gilbert, Gus, and Gladys seem to use their large size to intimate and antagonize the rest of the farm yard animals, from pulling the tail feathers out of the chickens to straightening the tail on the piglets. All the farm animals knew about the Goose Gang except the four little kittens, Tom Milly, Tina, and Simon. One day Tom came face to face with the gang, and he had two choices to run or stand up against them. Will they leave him alone or bully him?

This is an excellent book for all parents to read to their younger children, and older children will learn a valuable lesson also from the book. The illustrations throughout the story are excellent and help make the story come alive. Recommended for everyone.
