Would you like to radiate more love, creativity, harmony, and joy in your life? If so, The Heart of Transformation: And the Butterfly Effect by Verlaine Crawford may be for you. This guide to personal transformation begins with the concept that we are fractured over time into competing often opposite and sometimes self-defeating “sub-personalities” or voices on the subconscious level. We must look closely at the beliefs they represent, create unified energy to support our strengths, talents, and abilities, and apply it across the four cornerstones of life (Health, Wealth, Love, and Self-Expression) and our base (Spiritual Fulfilment) through a method called the Infusion Integration Technique which Crawford developed as she confronted the effects of a traumatic event in her own life.
In The Heart of Transformation, Crawford provides a thoughtful and useful approach for understanding our past and achieving a bright new future, reinvigorating our lives by harmonizing our beliefs, stopping self-defeating dialog, and using all our powers to create a relaxed, joyful, and fulfilling life. The writing style is relatable and framed in real-life examples and graphic images which make the concepts understandable, like comparing our fractured selves to a jigsaw puzzle in which the pieces don’t quite fit together. I enjoyed the quotations, the explanation of the heart-mind connection, the step-by-step instructions on the Infusion Integration Technique, and the focus on wholeness across our physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual components which is key to becoming all that we can be. A positive, informative, and thought-provoking read which will prove helpful to many.
