The Prince of Tabor by Dr. W. Penn White and Kevin White is a tale about Nathaniel, a young prince orphaned under unfortunate circumstances. Nathaniel is raised by his brother, Jacoby, following the dissolution of their kingdom, Tabor. Dangerous enemies are searching for the young prince, but he is whisked away to safety in Streamside before his enemies can get their hands on him. Throughout his journey, Nathaniel encounters many challenges—from confronting the truth about his heritage and accepting his fate to safeguarding his close friendships and achieving his true destiny. However, the regal blood flowing through his veins gives him the strength he needs to confront the most extensive battles of his life. Crepitus, an oppressive necromancer, engages in a deceitful power play to acquire control of Tabor and has zero regard for the pain he inflicts on others. Can Nathaniel defeat this devious fiend and take back what's rightfully his?

The Prince of Tabor by Dr. W. Penn White and Kevin White is an exhilarating YA fantasy that meticulously combines an intriguing coming-of-age story, Norse mythology, and an unforgettable adventure. The most remarkable aspect of this novel is the authors' ability to craft a world that is alluring and nuanced from the very beginning. The authors paid close attention to developing the settings, magical aspects, and character arcs, making Tabor feel authentic to the point where you can imagine yourself taking this incredible journey with the characters. The compelling character interactions—especially between Nathaniel and Jacoby—are a crucial cornerstone of the story. The seamless blending of action, suspense, and character-driven moments places this exciting tale on the same level as books like LOTR and The Hunger of the Gods. The Prince of Tabor is an absolute masterpiece with plot twists that will hold your attention from start to finish. I highly recommend it to YA fantasy fans.
