Ward suspected that the Lockhart family had crucial information about David’s disappearance. Meredith is now a relentless lawyer and battles to protect her career and the secrets of her family. Meredith has solved Julia's problems in the past, but Julia's sanity now hangs by a thread, and she is a loose end.
Dark family secrets are uncovered in The Silent Reflection. This is a captivating thriller by T.L. Sturgis, filled with secrets, action, and murder. I was intrigued from the start and could not turn the pages fast enough. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. It was a page-turner that kept me guessing until the very end. The characters were authentic and relatable. Meredith was strong and would go to great lengths to keep her family’s secrets safe. I did not have much respect for Julia; despite all the support she got from her sister, she was not willing to change. The story is well-written and left me questioning the darkness within us. The major twist at the end was a big surprise; I did not expect it.
