The suspense continued to build, and I couldn't put the book down. Isabella had a special friendship with Fletch's son, Manny. He was her bodyguard and a man of many talents. I had to laugh at Wes’s mother catching him in a lie and stating, "Do not piss on my leg and tell me it's raining." The secrets everyone had hidden took their toll, and it was easy to see how each person was struggling to cope. The end of the book left me stunned. It created a large opening for a sequel. She is a very dangerous woman and has a secret connection with Sofia. Nikoli's father, Timothy James, has been rubbing some mafia bosses up the wrong way by stealing from them and he is now back in town. He is not safe, as there are people looking for him, and they use Isabella to get to him. Isabella is on the hunt for Timothy and will do everything in her power to get him.

This is definitely for mature audiences and has some very passionate scenes. They only seem to add to the characters, adding unique aspects to each, The deep backgrounds and the hidden secrets give this story a unique flavor you won't find anywhere else. This story will keep you breathless as you try to guess what happens next. Watch as their deepest secrets and desires are portrayed in front of your very eyes. You cannot look away. They invite you into their personal space and make you feel part of their world. I enjoyed how the past played such a role in the future. This story is in-depth and very well written; you will get absorbed in these characters. It will grab you from page one and will not let you go. I highly recommend it.
