Author Biography

I am an intuitive life coach and feng shui consultant. I work closely with clients to assist them in healing their life from within. I have 20 years of experience in the healing field and have helped celebrities, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking intuitive life coaching as well as business coaching.

I intuitively knew I needed to share my Faith-based life’s experiences. And I also knew I had to share them authentically to inspire others to follow their soul’s path. But to put myself out there, in my memoir, felt like a huge risk, as well as overcoming the fear of criticism.
After-all, it’s our life experiences that mold us. I faced a series of challenges beginning around the age of 14, as my path forced me to live in a foster home a few years. But this is where I learned how to follow my intuition and connect with my courage and inner Strength.
Looking back, as an adult, I can see how those challenges were really blessings and a part of God’s plan for my life. Once I understood this lesson, I felt called to teach others on how they, too, can overcome their adversities.

Trigger the Wonder Horse: Memoir of A Spiritual Warrior is a work of non-fiction in the spiritual memoir, animals, and inspirational writing subgenres. It is suitable for the general adult and young adult reading audiences. Penned by author Angela Lenhardt, this remarkable memoir chronicles the author’s journey alongside Trigger, a very special horse, and the transformative power of faith and prayer. This awe-inspiring true story serves as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the profound impact of spiritual connection. The bond between Angela and Trigger, the Wonder Horse, becomes a metaphor for the interconnectedness of love, spirituality, and the ability to overcome whatever challenges life may throw at you.

Author Angela Lenhardt has crafted a work of memoir plucked straight from life that sweeps you up into its storytelling like any fiction novel would, embarking on a heartfelt journey of healing and rediscovery. Angela's narrative is imbued with sincerity and faith, emphasizing the omnipresence of God even in the face of uncertainty, yet she writes with a smooth and accessible tone that is always comforting and never preachy. There’s also a clear talent for storytelling, and the memoir has a great sense of pace as it blends moments of joy, uncertainty, and profound insights. It's a life story that is sure to resonate with readers on multiple levels, whether they are horse lovers, pet enthusiasts, or individuals seeking spiritual wisdom. Angela Lenhardt's memoir Trigger the Wonder Horse chronicles her intertwined journey with Trigger, a horse that rekindled her passion for the equestrian world after a tragic loss. The bond Lenhardt and Trigger shared grew through trust-building exercises and trials, focusing on comfortable transitions and changes in Trigger's life as Lenhardt sought the best for him. Facing financial strains and uncertain moments, Lenhardt's unwavering commitment to Trigger's well-being led her to seek unconventional solutions, eventually resulting in Trigger's miraculous recovery from severe injuries. A massive impact is left on Lenhardt's life when a heartbreaking moment occurs, guiding her through grief with routine, spirituality, and new endeavors. Throughout, Lenhardt draws parallels between her experiences with Trigger's, spiritual encounters, and life's lessons, holding close to the concept of intuition, nature's signs, and the residuum of their journey together.

On its own, Trigger the Wonder Horse: Memoir of a Spiritual Warrior by Angela Lenhardt is a story of hope and optimism where it did not seem like any might be found. However, as I continued through the book, I felt something that I did not expect at all, and that was an emotional connection to Trigger and an understanding of how Lenhardt's life could be so impacted by the years she spent with Trigger. I loved the photos, which breathed a heightened feeling of life into Lenhardt's tale, especially the one where Trigger visits a retirement home, which particularly lifted my heart. There is one standout moment for me where I actually burst into tears. Lenhardt has a full-circle moment where an event shifts Trigger's power to heal Lenhardt into Lenhardt's power of intent for Trigger, in which she says she is, “To become a warrior for him in that moment.” I wish I had known Trigger, but I am grateful for this beautiful, well-written, and engrossing memoir. Very highly recommended.

Angela Lenhardt's Trigger the Wonder Horse is a stunning, heartwarming story about a beautiful bond between a spiritual woman and her equine friend. Three days after losing a beloved horse, Angela got a call from a friend about a horse that needed a new home because he was being mistreated. Though she previously said she was done with owning horses, she decided to give it another shot. Angela's journey with her new horse, Trigger, proved to be a transformational experience that brought her closer to God. In her riveting memoir, Angela shares the various mind-blowing miracles she experienced in different challenging times, whether trying to rescue her horse from getting hit by speeding vehicles, treating a serious health problem, or receiving donations from her horse's fans online.

I had an amazing time reading Angela Lenhardt's insightful words and the profound lessons she shared from her journey with her horse. One memorable lesson involves insights about the power hierarchy among horses and its similarity to God's guidelines for keeping us safe and "in alignment for living a purposeful and abundant life." The book is a brilliant reminder of how important and unique animals are. A great example is the author's observations of her horse's personality and his egoistic effort to hide his "less-than-perfect strut." The book offers a blissful reading experience with conversational and candid storytelling that gets the author's message across clearly. It is an engrossing read throughout. Overall, Trigger the Wonder Horse offers an inspiring, enlightening, and highly captivating tale that is perfect for Christians and readers who love animals, especially horses. It's the type of story that leaves you smiling anytime it comes to mind.
