Sisters, Olivia and Connie, are attending Lelouche’s annual masquerade and charity ball in London. Connie has attended this affair before, but it’s a first for Olivia. There was quite a mystery when the two African American women entered the party. No one is allowed to remove their mask. One of the highlights of the party is the auction. Connie and Olivia are purchased by the highest bidder they are invited to dine in a private suite with the bidder in one of the upper classed finer hotels. This leads to a night of wining and dining and eventually a sexual encounter. When Olivia passes out, Ptolemy Verenis removes her mask. It is love at first sight.
Olivia is a medical journal editor and unbeknown to her is rooming with the sister of Ptolemy. When he finds this out he sets out to pursue Olivia who is quiet and reserved and he a Greek maverick. Though they may be of different cultures, they develop a close bond because of earlier traumas in both their lives.
This highly sensual book is the story of different cultures and interracial relationships. I will watch for more books by Urenna Sander. Fans of spicy romance will enjoy True Season Of Love.
