From there, Durfee explains what a Trust actually is, a private arrangement that governs property over time, before taking readers toward dynasty planning. Written for families who already have a Trust or are considering one, Trust Issues turns estate planning from a document purchase into a multi-generational design aimed at people before property.
A Trust is a promise backed by preparation, which is exactly how Richard E. Durfee Jr approaches estate planning in Trust Issues. Durfee speaks with the firm financial assurance families need when protecting the people they love, making every instruction feel usable in the present.
