Author Biography

Master Scientific Hand Analyst, Purpose Mentor, and Law of Attraction Coach Jayne Sanders helps leaders, business owners, and spiritual seekers love their lives and their work. Her work has been featured in forbes.com and other media outlets.
With her unique and profound work, Jayne reveals your innate purpose, special gifts, and blind spots, and then guides you into the inspired meaning, passion, and fulfillment you crave. Her work also benefits corporate leaders, managers, teams, and even children. Jayne has a background in corporate sales and marketing, along with over twenty years of experience as a professional speaker, trainer, facilitator, and coach.
As often as possible, Jayne can be found out on the trail riding her Arabian/Appaloosa horse Darby, or eating dark chocolate. And sometimes both simultaneously.
She has enjoyed such varied experiences as sky-diving from 12,500 feet, bungee-jumping off a bridge over a mountain canyon, laying on the ocean floor gazing at the moon while scuba-diving after midnight, riding the fastest horse in the front of a runaway stampede of over 100 horses and mules, and French-kissing a very large timber wolf that is not a pet. For real. And she watches TV and reads a lot too, honoring her occasional couch-potato cravings.

Jayne Sanders blends elements of memoir, scientific hand analysis, and poetry into an inspiring read. The memoir aspects are often short, detailing a key moment in Sanders' life with events being both good and bad. Each moment hits upon an event that affected her and helped shape the person she became. Each chapter is a specific moment where Sanders reflects on that time in her life, written with genuine honesty and an admirable openness. Sanders shares moments that are painful in her life such as trauma after an assault, the loss of parents, an illness, and a deep bond with horses. Horses play a key role with Sanders showing the clear impact they had on her and the profound connection she had with various ones. Each of the horses she opens up about lived a life that touched her own while giving her peace, love, and companionship. You experience each loss and each love with her as she reflects on fighting for Beau, grieving with Darby over Comet, and the love each opened up to her. Each chapter reveals different experiences which she then uses to show how these are seen in her hands. Several examples of hand analysis follow each chapter which makes it easy to understand and learn the significance of every moment in your life through every detail in your hands. Sanders gives various examples of lines seen on your hands including the independent thinker line, the Neptune area of the hand, and the hermit heart line.

Twists Turns and Truths is perfect for those who are curious about scientific hand analysis and want to learn more. Sanders opens up a fascinating topic and starts your mind wondering what stories can be seen through your hands. Also throughout are lovely poems which tie into various stories. The poems have a stunning lyrical style with profound emotion and depth drawn out of each, making them perfectly fitted to the voice and tone of the memoir aspects. Twists Turns and Truths is a unique read with honest stories told through an emotional lens and with a focus on scientific hand analysis, ideal for those seeking honest memoirs, genuine voices, and unique topics.

Twists Turns & Truths: The Life and Lines of a Master Scientific Hand Analyst is a nonfiction memoir written by Jayne Sanders. The author has been involved in and fascinated by Scientific Hand Analysis ever since she was first exposed to it in 2012. At the time of writing this book, she is a Level IV practitioner, the highest level attainable, and has achieved Master status after having worked with one thousand clients. In this memoir, she demystifies SHA and shows how it is not what many consider a carnival act that predicts the future. As she became more familiar with SHA, she was able to use that knowledge to understand her life choices and issues and to learn how to best use her strengths, gifts, and skills.

When I began reading Jayne Sanders’ memoir, I was intrigued by the concept of hand analysis but had never really given it any thought or credence. I found her introduction to contain a well-written and knowledgeable account of what Scientific Hand Analysis is -- and isn’t. Armed with my new insights, I set off on a most enjoyable journey with the author. Sanders’ horse stories are wonderful. I loved getting to know each of her equine soul mates; the stories of their time together and the depth of their relationships taught me so much about that bond between horse and man.

While writing an engaging and honest memoir, Sanders shares what she’s learned about her own traits through Scientific Hand Analysis and how they’ve played out in her life story. At the end of each chapter, she shows the reader how to identify the markings described in that chapter, which I found both fascinating and illuminating. Twists Turns & Truths is an enlightening, well-written and enjoyable memoir which is also an impressive and knowledgeable introduction to SHA that made me want to learn more about it. Twists Turns & Truths: The Life and Lines of a Master Scientific Hand Analyst is most highly recommended.

Twists Turns and Truths: The Life and Lines of a Master Scientific Hand Analysis is a work of non-fiction, with real-life stories and analysis based around the concept of Scientific Hand Analysis, written by author Jayne Sanders. As a master of this personal and analytical craft, Sanders shares both her life experiences and her expertise as she reveals a heartfelt memoir about her own journey, but also connects this to the intense interpretation of the lines of her own hands, and how those experiences match up. Covering topics from animal encounters and her love life through to much more personal and emotive topics such as abuse, recovery and dark thoughts, the book provides insight for readers to analyze their own lines of life too.

Both informative and heartfelt, this collection of life experiences is sure to appeal to both lovers of real-life stories and those with an interest in the spiritual and scientific ideas surrounding palmistry and line reading. Author Jayne Sanders writes with a delicate balance between the technical terminology she uses in her work and the sensitivity of a friend telling her life story to a waiting audience. The content is certainly for adult readers due to the themes included, but nothing in the fluid prose is gratuitous and the reading experience is uplifting, insightful and inspiring to know what one person can overcome and achieve. Overall, Twists Turns and Truths encompasses both a useful guide and introduction to the fascinating world of Scientific Hand Analysis as well as an enlightening memoir.
