What happens when your right foot suddenly decides that everything is wrong with your left foot? When The Right Foot Was Not Right by Airean Andureal is an adorable children's book carrying an important message. Right Foot becomes disillusioned with her best friend, Left Foot. Suddenly, Left Foot can't seem to do anything "right" anymore. Right Foot is determined to distance herself from poor Left Foot. But, no matter how hard she tries, Right Foot finds Left Foot close behind her. Will the owner of Left Foot and Right Foot be able to help her feet see eye-to-eye? Or will Right Foot continue to dress differently, and try going places without Left Foot? Something must happen soon. Mommy is getting alarmed at the sudden growth rate of her hangers!

A charming story of how two individuals can become separated by attitudes and differences of opinions. When The Right Foot Was Not Right by Airean Andureal reminds us that sometimes it is easier for us to believe that we know better than everyone else, but that rarely is the case. We become so ego-based that we fail to see that we all are connected and that we are all interdependent. Although we may seem so very different, we still have the same mission; to love. If we are all the same, then how can we create such an awesome and beautiful world full of diversity? I would recommend this book to families as it really has no age limit. The message is important for anyone to remember, and the story is charming enough to entertain all ages.
