The emotions are raw and the author has no qualms about speaking about herself. I found the book interesting because it motivates you to get out of your personal mess. No one has it easy in life. Everyone has personal issues to resolve and a lot depends on how you handle them. It is the attitude and outlook that helps you deal with a problem in a good way.
