Armageddon and Beyond is a work of fiction in the epic science fiction, action, and adventure sub-genres, and was penned by author Adam Declerck. Delivered in a unique and thought-provoking conceptual style, the work is aimed at an adult readership owing to the presence of strong scenes of horror, blood and gore as well as supernatural concepts and ideas that some may be sensitive to. Discussing the classic theme of dark and light in a new way, we find ourselves flung very, very far into the future of humanity as it awakens to a whole new type of deliverance from its makers. What results is an emotional and unusual take on the origin of humanity and its overall journey into other dimensions ahead.

Author Adam Declerck has created a very interesting science fiction work that plays with reality as we know it and delivers a new concept that some readers will surely adore. One of the things that I found most interesting about the work was the concept of the Maker species and the new evolution of humanity, which were intriguing to unpack and very well explained within the narrative and dialogue elements of the story. The action scenes and depictions of battle were emotively penned and very atmospheric, getting readers really invested in the endgame of the novel as it rockets towards its conclusion. Overall, I would recommend Armageddon and Beyond for readers who are fans of high concept, epic science fiction that delivers on all fronts.
