Munn offers readers practical exercises, gentle affirmations, and reflections to help them overcome feelings of doubt, anxiety, and guilt. These exercises will steer them toward healing and growth. The author shares anecdotes from their own life to make sure readers resonate with observations and insights and learn to be more self-compassionate. The book features reflection exercises toward the end for readers to take notes on their own progress, practicing kindness and gratitude daily. Personally, I found the book very illuminating. It's concisely written and to the point. It's also very engaging and will appeal to a wide range of readers. Highly recommended.
