Blind Justice by James Bridgwater is a captivating and unconventional thriller that delves into the intriguing life of the world's first transvestite vigilante. The story follows the protagonist, a vigilante who fights corruption and seeks revenge on those who have abused and harmed others. Clad in a glittery fuchsia spandex catsuit, magenta leather calf boots, and a cherry silk blindfold with eye holes of black lace, this intriguing hero's striking appearance symbolizes their fight for justice. Through their vigilante actions, they seek vengeance on corrupt financiers and perverted celebrities who resemble those who abused them during childhood. At the same time, they also attempt to navigate life with a secret that has plagued them for years. Readers are further introduced to Detective Inspector Tracy Hansard, who becomes the hero's nemesis. Tracy's pursuit of the vigilante and her attempt to unravel their identity provides the ultimate subplot. As the story progresses, readers are drawn deeper into the mystery surrounding the hero's true identity and their connection to the victims.

With its unique protagonist, dark themes, and unexpected twists, Blind Justice offers readers a thrilling and thought-provoking reading experience. James Bridgwater sensitively explores the origins of multiple personality disorders, shedding light on why the protagonist has been molded into what they've become. This complex motivation adds psychological depth to the story, making it more than just a tale of vigilantism. The protagonist's loyal companion, Willow, a Labrador and part-time guide dog, adds a touch of warmth and companionship to an otherwise solitary life. Their bond and teamwork during crime-fighting sequences offer moments of relief amidst the dark and gritty narrative. From the austere traditionalists to their menacingly stylish presence, the clash between ideologies and aesthetics adds tension to the story. Overall, Blind Justice is a mesmerizing and unconventional thriller that will captivate readers from start to finish.
