Teaching life lessons to children contributes to healthier and more positive relationships with others. They will be able to use these lessons to address problems and, in this way, they can become more independent. Cama: Your Special Friend subtitled Change Kindness Love Forgiveness has four different stories with different morals. The first story teaches children about change, because sometimes changes are difficult, but can bring new opportunities. The second deals with respecting and caring for pets. The third shows us that love involves sharing with others. In the fourth story, children will learn to respect their classmates. Cheryl Beck reviews things that can happen in a child's life, but with a magic touch things can change, and that magic touch can be a special friend like Cama.
I appreciated the fact that there are four completely different stories with diverse morals in this book. All the messages are clear and the storytelling is entertaining. Cama: Your Special Friend teaches children to listen to and understand the people around them. Cheryl Beck will help children reflect on their feelings and enable them to act appropriately and with sincerity. Her stories demonstrate that when we see other points of view, we appreciate people's behavior and do not take their actions personally. I liked Cama: Your Special Friend because the lessons encourage children to develop a healthy and positive attitude. They will improve their capacity to perceive, share, and accept what other people may feel.
