They don't teach you everything you need to know in school. This is why continued learning, even after school, should never be overlooked. Chronological Order: The Fine Print for a Large Life by senior placement advisor Laurean Kile and professional organizer Jill B. Yesko is one of those books that you wish had been a part of your school curriculum. Its lessons are essential for planning your everyday life and preparing for the years to come. The book centers on every decade of life from the 20s to the 90s and examines the major goals one has to prioritize to build a joyous, fulfilling, organized, memorable, and less stressful life. Readers receive tips about care and living plans, managing medication, home management, relationships, social life, wills, life insurance, financial goals, and everything relevant to the different stages of life.
After reading Chronological Order, I'm astounded about how much I didn't know, like the difference between Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. It is such a useful book that I believe it is a must-read for all those above the age of 20. Readers will find the book easy to read and assimilate since it contains some helpful, repeated elements, including a checklist of all you should have prepared for at a particular age and fun icons that pinpoint topics that readers can locate quickly. Additionally, personal stories from the authors give it an extra layer of authenticity. Having friends with whom I could be myself is something I'm also hoping to have in about 20 years, when I'm 50, like Jill. You and your loved ones will appreciate the changes and plans this work inspires. To get the most out of it, you should treat it as a life-long manual and recommend it to your close friends and relations.
