Dangerous Decisions by B.B. Cruz is about two people from the opposite sides of the world finding love. The Franklin Everly law firm is under intense scrutiny from the feds. They believe some illegal activities are happening in the firm and they have planted a mole to feed them the necessary information to bring it down. The big men of the firm want to know who the mole is and they believe it is Carino Montgomery. They have evidence that points to her, and they hire Ramon Terrones to find out and eliminate the traitor. But when Carino and Ramon meet, there are instant sparks. They both know what they are doing is wrong, and they must put an end to it. But they cannot help the passion and the love that ignites in their hearts when they see each other. Will their forbidden love conquer all? Or will they pay the price for their passion?
Although these days romance novels are more about sex than actual feelings, Cruz’s new novel is more about love, passion, and what a person can do to find love. The forbidden love between Ramon and Carino was beautiful. I loved the way they fell for each other and how they fought for their love. Their passion was steamy, but subtle and beautiful. Their love felt real, and the characters were developed to perfection. Their sacrifices made their story believable. Dangerous Decisions is a clean and clear romance. A cool romance with a healthy dose of suspense.
