Early Adopter by Drew Harrison is a collection of eight short stories in different genres. Each story shares a different facet of the human mind and psyche in various circumstances. Although I am not a dedicated science fiction fan, I do enjoy a well-written story. To Run Again, Commercialopolis, Alignment, Early Adopter, The Terminal on Europa, The Final Artist, Homonoia, and The Emulated all shared incredible stories about equally complex characters and circumstances. Each story will evoke emotions in you. Some will creep you out, some will make you sad, and some will definitely make you stop and wonder. This is a complete collection for everyone!

Early Adopter provided me with the best of all the genres I enjoy. The stories had traces of theology, science fiction, horror, and so much more. Starting the collection with To Run Again was an excellent decision. Laura was a great character in a strong story with a good premise and an ending that sent chills down my spine. I thoroughly enjoyed the narrative style of each story. Author Drew Harrison made sure to grab the attention of readers from the get-go. Each story was a surprise for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed all of them. My favorite was The Final Artist. The concept was unique, and the message hit home! I loved the pace, the direction, and the overall feel of this story. The dialogue-driven narrative was fun and equally intriguing. I enjoyed this collection a lot and would love to read more of this author's stories. I highly recommend this book!
