Bell recommends times when you quiet your mind and exchange negative thoughts for positive ones. The tweaks include Deep Breathing, Optimum Hydration, Relaxation and Muscle Tension, Cleansing and Detoxifying, Alkaline Balance, Electrolytes, Nutrition, Blood Sugar, Herbs, and Life Purpose. Each chapter starts with a graphic of a ninja and a motivational quote from a famous leader. Bell asserts that if you're sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, Energy Tweaks will help you regain your energy and feel well again.
It was nice that Bell first explained his situation and motivation for writing this book to help others know what to expect from Energy Tweaks. While the book is a quick read, it'll leave you with ideas to implement that will have long-lasting effects on your health. While we all know that we need good nutrition, less sugar and so on, Energy Tweaks puts the need for us to show self-love and take care of ourselves into a perspective that inspires us to do so. This is an informative read that you could easily put into practice and improve your health.
