Everything About Veganism by Jaya Sinha is exactly what it says: a comprehensive book about everything you need to know to become vegan and improve your health. All aspects related to veganism are tackled. You can, for instance, learn about the benefits of veganism to our health and the environment, weight loss, tips for better nutrition, making a smooth transition, and so much more!

Everything About Veganism by Jaya Sinha throws light on various aspects related to veganism. It is especially handy for people who, like me, are trying to become vegan and find it extremely hard at times, especially stopping dairy products and replacing them with their equivalents. It will also definitely help those who are skeptical to see what it is truly. Indeed, veganism can still be frowned upon by people who do not know what it is. In France, it tends to be seen as an extremist diet and this volume is perfect in showing the numerous benefits of veganism while sharing convenient and appropriate information. In fact, the author even selects for us a list of basic shopping ideas and, more importantly, how to keep going.

By demonstrating how easy it can be to become a vegan, one baby step after another, Jaya Sinha, who is an experienced health writer, allows the reader to decide what they really want and how to go about it. Thank you for such a precious book that will accompany me in my daily endeavors to protect our planet and my family’s health.
