Fun Day With Misa is a children’s book written in both English and Spanish by Mireya Saldua. Misa is a playful, miniature Australian puppy whose name means 'beautiful bloom' in Japanese. This playful puppy is loved by her mom and dad and adored by her grandma. Misa is a happy and curious little puppy who enjoys playing with her family. Misa loves everybody around her, and she finds fun in everything she does. It is fun when she plays with her parents and chews on her toys, and she has the best time in her long, fun walks with grandma! Come along with Misa as she takes you through her fun-filled day with the people she loves the most.
Fun Day With Misa (Un Día Divertido Con Misa) is a bilingual children’s book by Mireya Saldua, with colorful illustrations by Cleofe A. Pacaña that make each page livelier, as they pair well with the cheerful adventures of the cute puppy, Misa. I was both amused and fond of her playfulness. The love that Misa had for her family and her family’s love for Misa was something that I felt while reading. I also appreciated the activities given at the start and end of the story to make the book more engaging. One activity was finding a hidden blue squeaky toy in the illustrations and other symbols that represented Misa in the story. The other was an activity guide that invited young readers to have their own adventures. I felt I was there with the energetic and charming puppy, Misa, who taught me that everything in life is more fun if you do it with love, curiosity, and a small companion with a sweet, wagging tail.
