Gym Logbook guides readers to chart the 12-week workout schedule so that they can decide which is a good day to do Cardio Work, Stretch/Yoga, Strength Training, Interval Training Circuits, etc. A 12-week weight and measurement section and finally 4 pages for notes, recipes, motivation, numbers, and ideas will help readers follow their weekly statistics. The Strength Training workout schedule is useful to plan which part of the body to focus on which day of the week.
