I enjoyed the book. Psychosomatic diseases are on the rise now. Many people suffer from chronic aches and pains that cannot be cured by doctors or physicians. These illnesses can be caused by food, lack of exercise, insomnia, stress, obesity, and many other reasons. A healthy life is a must to feeling good. Alternative treatments like yoga, Ayurveda, acupuncture etc. have become popular in treating many diseases. The author speaks about the importance of food and gives a list of healing herbs that help in curing pain. Herbal remedy is another alternative medicine that is used now.
The book throws light on how detrimental many of the things we use in our daily life are for our health. She cautions us to be a bit more careful when it comes to choosing our personal stuff.
