Just Sign Here: How to Sell Your Knowledge, Experience and Advice to People Who Don't Know They Need It by Rob Cuesta is a nonfiction self-help book that teaches the reader to sell their skills and expertise, especially to those who don’t even know they need the services. Everyone knows that selling a service — consulting, coaching, mentoring, etc. — can be the most challenging thing because buyers can’t see the service, they can’t touch it, and they can’t own it. From pitching to determining the real value of the service being put into the market are elements that appear to the marketer or the expert as challenging and daunting. But Rob Cuesta says it shouldn’t be so. With more than twenty-six years sales experience, he offers groundbreaking advice that will allow readers to sell just about any kind of service to anyone.

In this book, I found very insightful and powerful lessons. The first one was: “Go find a market that is hungry for what you do, rather than trying to sell to people who don’t need it or—worse still—have their own in-house team!” Another surprising lesson, one that hard-core marketers hardly consider is: “It’s easy to sell people what they want, but if you want to sell them what they need you have to show MASSIVE value compared to the price.” There are many such insights and pieces of advice in this book for anyone who wants to increase the sales of their services. Just Sign Here: How to Sell Your Knowledge, Experience and Advice to People Who Don't Know They Need It is written in clear and easy-to-read prose. The author’s confidence comes across very well, and there is no doubt that he is an authority in this arena. If you have a service to sell, start with this book.
