William R. Waddell and Linda met in high school, but it wasn't until university that they realized they were in love. Since they got married, they have faced numerous challenges together, for example, finding employment and a stable home. However, they also had wonderful experiences, including extraordinary trips and starting a family. Linda's energy and enthusiasm encouraged her to try new activities. She was a sociable woman, so they always had something to talk about. Their relationship lasted almost sixty-five years, until cancer took Linda away. Woven as One is a tribute to her that reflects the strength of love in everyday and extraordinary situations. The author talks about the qualities that brought them together as a couple, such as understanding and patience.

William R. Waddell shares a captivating life story with us. I loved the natural way he expresses himself and the beautiful memories he shares. He makes Linda stand out for her sociable and determined personality. Some of the anecdotes are funny and have unexpected endings, while others create an atmosphere of nostalgia and affection. Among my favorites is when the author talks about gifts he gave Linda that didn't turn out as he expected, because it shows how two different people try to adapt to each other's way of thinking. I also liked the notes and letters they wrote to each other because they show us genuine emotions. In addition, I found the photographs charming: they are joyful, full of love, and allow us to see how both were progressing in their lives. Woven as One shows us that every day is an opportunity to improve as a person and show affection to our loved ones.
