I think the book is just brilliant. Johnson draws on his years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist to provide practical insights and observations related to men's mental and emotional health. For me, it's not just the tips and tools for self-improvement that make this book work. It's also the real-life examples the author shows to make sure readers can relate to the situations many men have found themselves in over the course of their lives. I also enjoyed Johnson's humor and found his narrative very engaging and informative. Anxiety and depression seem to be on the rise among men, especially in the age of social media. This book will certainly help you improve your emotional health. Highly recommended.
