Author Biography

This book includes works from four authors: Delia Latham, Tanya Stowe, Mary Manners and Marianne Evans. When we first started working together, we'd never met...none of us. Over the years, a couple of meetings were accomplished, but we'd still never all meet, and all been together at the same time. God allowed that to happen in 2018 at the Wild Deadwood Readers Conference in...well, Deadwood, South Dakota, of course. What a wonderful blessing it was! Individual biographies are included at the end of each book in this set.

This author photo shows the four of us in Deadwood with one of our wonderful, loyal readers who has become a dear friend and sister to all of us. That's our beautiful Sheila in the middle. From left to right: Delia Latham, Tanya Stowe, Sheila Holman, Marianne Evans, Mary Manners.

Love at Christmas Inn: Collection 2 is a collection of four romance stories set at the ever-magical Christmas Inn. All four stories are well written and inspiring. Each story draws you into the emotions of the characters and offers truth.

A Bedazzled Christmas by Tanya Stowe is a charming and heartfelt story of trust, renewal, and faith. Lauren Bradford and her father are going to Christmas Inn for Christmas. Lauren needs to find the joy that she lost when her mother died. Shane McAllister is taking his three children to Christmas Inn, hoping to bring some happiness into their lives after their mother is permanently removed from them. Lauren and Shane met at the Christmas Inn when they were teenagers and this unexpected reunion reveals that there is still a spark between them... Wrapped in Hope by Mary Manners shows us how God can take something awful and turn it into something wonderful if we will let him. Hope Mallory was an Olympic hopeful in pair skating. She is still seeking that gold medal, but her dreams have been crushed by a man that she is about to encounter on a personal level. Hope is looking for a quiet place to wallow in her misery when Riley Tate shows up, the man who catapulted her into this despair. Mary Manners depicts love, forgiveness, second chances and finding a new path when we choose to listen to God and open our hearts to those around us...

The Second Time Around by Marianne Evans shows us just how precious we are to God. Dustin Farrell is a development manager and is headed to Hope Creek to close a deal with the owners of The Purple Door. Lillianna Bennett is one of the owners and one of the reasons that Dustin agreed to take this assignment. They knew each other when they were younger, had a sort of friendship, and Dustin was curious to see how her life had turned out. Dustin stays at Christmas Inn and is charmed by the memories he has of this place and this town. Due to parental expectations, each took a completely different path in life. Marianne Evans shows us that life can “take you off your charted course”, but God’s plan will always find us if we are looking for it... The Button Box by Delia Latham shows us that if we pray and wait for God’s timing, all things are possible. Alissa Neal and Scott Lowell met in Oregon on a summer vacation fifteen years ago and now they are about to be reunited at Christmas Inn. Alissa’s parents gifted her three weeks at Christmas Inn to help her de-stress and try to find what she was looking for. The teenage summer love was never forgotten and always held a special place in both their hearts. When the two meet again, there is no denying that they both have deep feelings. Delia Latham demonstrates how important it is to be in right relationship with God and to listen to his still, small voice.

Once again, I enjoyed every minute at Christmas Inn. Tanya Stowe, Marianne Evans, Mary Manners and Delia Latham never disappoint and have once again delivered a delightful set of stories that complement each other and uplift their readers, inspiring them to open their hearts to the love of God and man.
