The book encourages readers to ask specific questions about their lives that promote specific answers so that they can implement positive communication skills and achieve positive results and life transformations. The author speaks about how these techniques helped her form supportive habits in her life, to better her life and the lives of those around her. The book is divided into two parts, The Life Guide and Guided Journey by Journal, and the concepts and facts shared and explained in the book will help spark reader consciousness.

Me: Life Guide and Guided Journey by Journal is a handy tool for self-discovery. These mind exercises are effective to investigate, examine, and decide on what each person consciously wants to be. It is a good way to know the self and become more aware of life and living moments. Jennifer Ayers-Belinkis tackles the subject extensively and methodically, enabling readers to understand the concepts and ideas with clarity and become aware of the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious minds. All the chapters deliver essential knowledge and understanding that explain the basis and basic components of life. It is a good book to help one understand the fundamentals of humanity. It will uplift readers on all levels; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. There are exercises at the end of the book which will help to begin the journey by journal and make it worthwhile.
