There are so many things that are important to us and it is essential that we understand them to live our lives as comfortably as possible. Whether you are young or nearing retirement, around 65 years old, sooner or later you will be faced with considering which Medicare Plan is right for you. Take the guesswork out of understanding the ins and outs of Medicare by getting a copy of Medicare Explained in Poems: A Poetic Journey Through the World of Healthcare Coverage by Diana Polyakov, a licensed insurance agent. Diana has made learning Medicare easy and simple by providing the information in a poem which also makes it fun so you will clearly understand what Plans A, B, C, and D cover. Also, did you know that there are other Plans F-N available depending on your needs? She explains everything about Medicare including the differences between Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-Cal) and what is not covered.
I have always been challenged with understanding the Medicare language and which parts are right for me. When I read Medicare Explained in Poems by Diana Polyakov, I understood more clearly the steps and how Medicare fits into retirement, especially if you already have health insurance premiums that you’re paying. Additionally, providing other resources such as how the Social Security Administration (SSA), State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), and the Medicare Rights Center fit and adding them into the poems helps to create memory retention which is a huge benefit for understanding such a complex subject. Knowing and understanding terms such as IEP, SEP, IRMAA, and Medigap, which are associated with the program, is essential as well. It is important to know when the enrollment period occurs, what happens if you miss the enrollment period, and how penalties are acquired and assessed for not enrolling on time. Get a copy of this book to fully understand everything you need to know about the program. This book makes it quick and easy because the inability to enroll on time could greatly cost you. Highly recommended.
