Drama lovers will find Milestoneville 1990s: Milestoneville Drama Series an enthralling read. Character-driven dialogue with off-beat and colorful images is Golden November’s trademark. The images sparked my imagination and made the story engaging. It felt like I was next to the cast, either shooting scenes, attending dinners, posing for cameras, doing interviews on the red carpet, negotiating deals in the bookstore, playing golf, chatting, or being trapped in a blizzard. The well-crafted cast is playful, giving them an animated quality. November laces the dialogue with an incredibly dramatic flair, bringing out the cast’s complex traits. All this, coupled with the sentimental depth in the dialogue, allowed me to connect with the cast.
