Military Friends ABC by Tony Hunter is an educational and interactive book with a military inspired theme that teaches children the letters of the alphabet in an engaging and entertaining way. Using military vehicles, ships, and aircraft, the author introduces young readers to military vehicles and makes learning fun and interesting. This picture book not only teaches the alphabet, but also shows how to use rhyming words that will appeal to all children who love action and vehicles. Are you bored with trying to teach children using the usual alphabet books, and want to try out something different? Then this is the book to teach children and make it exciting and adventurous for them.
What catches the eye of readers about this book is that it is different and unique from the alphabet books that are usually seen. Readers who find military vehicles, aircraft, and ships fascinating will enjoy getting to know more about them and the book will also introduce them to new words and vehicles. The watercolor sketches are amazing and lively and they help children understand the concept and new words better. It is a good bedtime storybook and can be used in classrooms to teach not only the letters of the alphabet, but also about military vehicles, ships, and aircraft. Introducing children to NATO code words is another unique feature of this book. I find the book adventurous and filled with action and that makes it exciting for children. Children need books like this so that learning is fun.
