Mode of Living: The Flame by Bornbazie Flame is one of the books you will really have to dedicate some quiet time to if you would like to understand it and get the most out of it. It is a self-help book that requires you to really think and use your brain for the better. The various chapters of the book explain how the energies in this universe work together (or against each other), and then show how you can change your life by learning more about and understanding your own energy field (i.e. what is it, how does it interact with other beings around you, and what can you do to have a more positive frequency).
I have to admit that it took me a while to get into the Mode of Living: The Flame by Bornbazie Flame, as the writing is rather scholarly/academic sounding, and sometimes can also be rather confusing. Some sections I had to read twice before I truly understood (which is not necessarily a bad thing). The book uses a variety of really good illustrations to make the ideas of the book easier to understand. I really liked the illustrations and the way colours were used. One thing I did not like was the constant use of acronyms as I sometimes didn't remember what the acronyms stood for. Apart from taking a while to get into the book, and my dislike of acronyms, I started to enjoy the book and was able to get a few ideas from it. It is not your usual kind of self-help book, though - it requires a lot more independent thinking.
