Mr. Wiz and The Dragon by Alex Stears tells the story of Mr. Wiz, a wizard who lives in the land of Moo, nestled within Windy Wood. Mr. Wiz is an unconventional and caring wizard. However, he is not particularly skilled, as his spells often go awry. Mr. Wiz's spellcasting takes an unexpected turn when a yellow dragon arrives at his home. Mustard, the dragon, asks Mr. Wiz to transform him into the biggest dragon in the world. Mr. Wiz warns Mustard that he will give it a try while also warning him that his spells do not always turn out as intended. As usual, the spells do not go quite right. What started as chaos eventually turns into an unexpected bond between Mr. Wiz and Mustard.
