NCAA Eligibility: Resource Guide for Student-Athletes with Education-Impacting Disabilities by Jeffrey Berk, as the title suggests, is a book aimed at the target audience of student-athletes with education-impacting disabilities. It's a guide with a wealth of excellent information about the NCAA (National Collegiate of Athletic Association) for the reader.
The author has spent much time collecting the data and compiling it into a useful guide. It's a well thought about and well planned book. The first chapter in the book, about the different types of disabilities, is vital and informative. The topics are handled in a very methodical and professional manner with no frills added. Each subsequent chapter covers the topic heading in detail with extensive information. The student will benefit from this excellent research.
I liked the thought of also adding questions and answers for the students; and a guidance chapter on how to prepare for the interview. Kudos to the author for bringing out such an informative guide, which is really very helpful for disabled student-athletes.
