Passion to Move Mountains - The Oxcart Technique by Terry L. Fossum is a self-help book that actually helps the reader. It is basically a book that keeps you motivated. We all have been there, a place from where we wanted to grow and change our lives. The blurb summarized the feel of the book beautifully. We all want to make changes in our lives, but somehow we are never able to make it happen. Life happens and our plans take a back seat.
This book will help the reader to properly prioritize and make the changes we wanted to make all those years ago. Terry L. Fossum has given us a technique through which we can create a step by step plan and to do list. It helps you keep on track and maintain the good work. The best thing about this book is that you can implement this plan in any aspect of your life. You can use it for weight loss or to stay ahead on your targets.
This wondrous book will help you through it all. I have been looking for a good self-help book that will help me to stay motivated and lose weight; now I have a plan and so far I'm keeping up with my goal and steadily losing weight. Hopefully I will lose more, and when I do, I will have Terry L. Fossum and Passion to Move Mountains to thank. Five stars for this book because it actually delivers what it promises.
