I loved (R)evolution: One Man's Leadership Journey from the moment I began reading it. The cover design was apt, thought provoking and eye catching. I immediately identified with Tom, as will the majority of readers. No one is perfect; all of us have area(s) in need of improvement. The pace was fast and the lessons were succinct. Each chapter of the 147-page career guide discussed a specific concern and highlighted takeaways that you could use immediately. Author Anna Conrad is a lawyer and founder of Impact Leadership Solutions. (R)evolution: One Man's Journey is a must-have tool.
