They set off around the world where they see exciting places and end their journey at the North Pole where they help make toys. Gregory’s newest adventure makes for the perfect treat for the holidays!
The story is paired with colorful illustrations that give lovely visuals of Santa Claus and Gregory as they embark on their journey. Elaine Kaye delivers a new adventure for children to enjoy during the holidays as they follow Gregory around the world, all the way to the North Pole. He sees some stunning landmarks - the Statue of Liberty, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Great Wall of China, and the Eiffel Tower - before reaching the most magical place there is which shows children the excitement of Christmas.
Kaye has a sweet moment in the story where Gregory and Sammy help make toys for other children in a subtle lesson that will encourage children to give. Sammy remains at his side throughout their latest adventure as his best friend. Their friendship is an important part of the adventures as Gregory has a constant confidant that he can travel and explore new possibilities with. Sammy is a vital part of the magic in the story as he’s a talking teddy bear and this continues to bring magic into Gregory’s life. Kaye captures the wonder found during Christmas and brings it to life in Sleigh Ride - an adventure with Santa Claus in a story that families can share together.
