Imagine a mysterious space station where adventure awaits. A dream world of contrasting sensations, with riddles to be solved, and endless potential. K.R. Gadeken has created just such a place for readers to explore in Space Station. The narrator discovers a strange new world, where nothing makes sense, with endless passages, unmarked doors, and interaction with nameless, faceless beings. The surreal sojourn continues in a timeless void, with colors swirling, while pondering what this reality holds. Birds chirp, and a parrot offers directions, but is the parrot right or left? An alarm sounds, causing temporary consternation. More doorways present themselves and open as the viewer approaches. Sometimes they disappear, leaving no room to go back. Positive emotions are followed by disquiet. Imperfection exists in a world of perfection, or is it the opposite? People, rooms, and objects morph. A perfect being gives an enigmatic answer about what is. A fall into nothingness is followed by a fog, and then a long and mysterious path. Hopes and dreams lie ahead, but walls appear and block the way. The narrator is puzzled, but is it all imagination, and is there a way out?

Space Station is about life, the choices we make, and identity. It unfolds against the background of otherworldliness and explores the absurd. Readers will be left to ponder what this means, if anything. There are clues, but life is a journey, and we all evaluate it differently, despite common experiences. It is a test of character, fueled by hope and despair. The imagery is vivid, conveying a sense of floating, drifting, and searching, with a mystical and poetic quality. The obstacles that appear can seem challenging, but are never scary and can be overcome with fortitude. K.R. Gadeken questions what we control and how willing we are to change. An old world is destroyed, and a new world is created. Would it be possible to embrace this enticing environment, and what would we have to leave behind? A vision of friends, love, and inspiration beckons, bringing hope. This symbolic look at our passage through life is innovative, charming, whimsical, amusing, enchanting, and evocative. It is a wonderfully creative example of metaphysical fiction that will evoke debate and delight the reader.
