The Land of No Rules is a brilliant children's book. Cerita D Bethea invites children around the world to the Land of No Rules, where every day is Saturday. No kid in this wonderful, magical land has to worry about anything. There are no adults to tell anyone what to do; kids can do whatever they want. However, there is one tiny rule in the Land of No Rules. Kids can visit it as often as they like but cannot live there. Joseph Taylor is ten years old and already sick of following rules. Luckily, his friend Timmy informs him of this kid’s paradise where no one is there to nag and yell for disobeying rules. Now the possibilities are endless for Joseph. But for how long can this paradise without limitations survive? Who will protect children from careless behavior?
The Land of No Rules is a must-read for children of all ages. Cerita D Bethea does a masterful job of showing the children's desire to do whatever they want, whenever they want, without thinking of consequences. At some point, all children dream of a world without limits, rules, or responsibilities. This engaging book educates young readers about what can happen when there are no rules, why rules are important, and how they can benefit from following rules. It contains a few wonderfully colorful illustrations and valuable lessons that help children understand the importance of treating people with kindness and respect. This enchanting read will satisfy kids, parents, and teachers all over the world.
