For a long time, societal norms held women back from pursuing the life of their choice. How can modern women chase their dreams while simultaneously balancing their personal and professional lives? As the vice president of a financial corporation, founder of Women's Best Life University, and a mother, Katy Blommer presents The Working Mom Happiness Method. In this book, Blommer offers practical tips to help working moms manifest the best version of themselves by practicing self-care, embracing self-love, and recognizing their self-worth. Blommer's blueprint is divided into four modules that include values, goals, boundaries, and tools for success. You will learn about the four keys to happiness, the five healthy non-negotiables, maintaining healthy habits, setting long-term goals and boundaries, attaining awareness through meditation, protecting your energy, avoiding mom guilt, and more.
Any working mom will find The Working Mom Happiness Method helpful. It's pragmatic, insightful, and thoroughly engaging. I think most women readers will find Katy Blommer's personal anecdotes relatable. On top of that, the author provides clear-cut examples and exercises to make sure readers can apply the ideas in their everyday lives. Being a professional and a mother isn't easy in today's fast-paced world. However, I feel a book like this goes a long way toward making life not only easier but also more fulfilling for working moms. I also liked the fact that Blommer shares some of the low points from her life. How she found a way to build the life she currently has is truly inspiring. If you're feeling lost or struggling with work-life balance as a mom, I highly recommend this transformative guide.
