Unraveling of the Soul is a work of world-spanning epic fantasy fiction penned by author duo Amanda Muratoff and Kayla Mansur. Forming the final part of The Berylian Key trilogy and a continuing novel in The Pantracia Chronicles, the fates of our three key heroes seem well and truly sealed after the events of the previous novel. As Amarie continues to pretend to be dead, she must also continue her relentless bargaining to spare Talon from the sentence that awaits him, perhaps even revealing the sole bargaining chip that she knows could change everything. Meanwhile, Kin finds those he loves in danger and the oppression of his master Uriel becomes too much to bear.

Filled with fantastic scenery, incredible magical societies, ancient laws and powerful consequences for their actions, the heroes of Pantracia have their work cut out for them in this finale to the epic and highly enjoyable Berylian Key trilogy. Kin has grown on me immensely during the reading, and author duo Amanda Muratoff and Kayla Mansur have given him a truly epic emotional arc to go through in this culminating work, which is filled with visceral descriptions of the pain and trials that the trio experiences. Readers are sure to be deeply attached to these characters by now, and, without wanting to spoil anything, there’s a great deal more pain and suffering to come before the grand finale hits you. Overall, Unraveling of the Soul certainly delivers on all the promises made by this highly accomplished series so far.
