In 4 Steps To Feel Better & Gain Positive Results (Pathfinder's Guide to Feel4), Christian J Bennett enables you to achieve positive results for anything you choose to focus on, energize over, engage with and learn about. As the author says, the Feel4 formula can be understood in minutes: “It’s all about the four steps.” They are: Step 1 - Focus (What do you want to focus on achieving and why); Step 2 - Energize (What makes you excited about achieving your focus); Step 3 - Engage (Get stuck in and feel the experience) and Step 4 - Learn (Learn from your experience, refine if you have to and start again on a tweaked version).
Feel4 is an acronym for four steps which make the perfect cyclical pathway to achieving anything. This book encourages the use of these four steps as an emotional formula to help you feel and think your way to being better at everything you do. “Feel yourself getting better with each step forward,” the author exhorts, while making a presentation of this technique and suggesting suitable measures to confront negativity. The author proposes a path finding map to help manage the Feel4 steps, but using pen and paper still remains one of the fastest and easiest methods. With this in mind, a very basic path finding map template is also included for you to copy and use. A very useful book, dealing with an important topic of life.
