The variety of gods, unique traditions, and character backgrounds is interesting. The story pulls you in, with plenty of magic, spells, and action to keep you turning the pages. Thomena is someone you will root for; her moral ethics, will to keep going, and openness to learn new skills make her an admirable character. Readers will enjoy the lessons on humility, friendship, redemption, and determination. The story lays the foundation for future installments as it gives intriguing details about Thomena’s family background, which I hope will be covered in the next book. I am truly invested in this series, the lore, and the characters' development. I highly recommend adding it to your fantasy drama collection. Great work.

As tragedy strikes and the infernos grow, Thomena’s internal struggles mirror the destruction around her. Set in the realm of Dhea Loral, this story opens the door to a larger world while still standing strongly on its own.
