I found the book very useful, not only for children but also adults as it will guide them to eat right and choose their food accordingly. The few pictures in the book are bright and colorful and they will fascinate young readers. The book is definitely a must-have in every school library and home as it is a good reference book when it comes to learning about vitamins, minerals, and deficiencies. There is a useful chapter devoted to Vitamin D because medical reports suggest that more than 25 to 50% of the population may be suffering from this deficiency. The author gives good insights when it comes to food and eating. The author handles the topic methodically and makes it very easy for readers to remember and incorporate the tips and suggestions into their daily lives.
